| Gadsden County Terrorism Exercise November 26 2002 |
On Tuesday November 26 2002 the following organizations came together to conduct a Terrorism
Exercise:
- Apalachee Regional Planning Council
- Capital Area Chapter of the American Red Cross
- Gadsden County Emergency Medical Services
- Gadsden County Memorial Hospital
- Gadsden County Sheriff's Office
- Quincy Fire Department
- Quincy Police Department
The mission of the exercise was to bring all of the responders in Gadsden County together to test the Terrorism Annex to the county's Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan.

The exercise begins and a Command Post is established. |

ERV # 1074 and ERV # II arrive with one of the chapter's Human Needs Support Trailers. |

Victims cover the ground throughout the exercise area. |
 |
First Responders begin to triage the victims. |
 |
Additional responders begin to treat the many victims. |
 |
One of the firefighters is being decontaminated at the site. |
 |
Another firefighter is assisted after he has been decontaminated. |
 |
Victims begin the process of being decontaminated. |
 |
Disaster Services Volunteers assist victims after they have been decontaminated by providing them with gowns and blankets. |
