The Capital Area Chapter's Youth Disaster Action Team (YDAT) spent a Monday evening learning how the Leon County Emergency Operation Center (EOC) works. While there, the YDAT members were given a presentation by Robby Powers, Emergency Management Coordinator for Leon County, on how the the EOC works during a disaster.
